Our Background & Approach to Agriculture

AgVista Australia is a full service agricultural consulting firm that was established in 2012, with its principals having over 50 years of combined agricultural management experience. We have extensive experience in the eastern cropping belt and our base in Launceston allows efficient travel to wherever our clients may be.

We specialise in production agronomy of Berries, pulses, cereals and cotton – and can assist you with crop specific Soil, Nutrition, Irrigation and farm management consulting. In order to get the best result for you, we put our efforts into science and attention to detail, coupled with profitability, industry best practice and sustainability as drivers for production.

Stuart Doyle - Agronomy Consultant

Stuart Doyle

M.Ag, GC. Rur. Sci, B.Man. CPAg, CPCC.

Stuart comes from a farming family and has over 25 yrs. experience in crop production and farm management.

As a qualified Agronomist, Stuart has worked in Retail agribusiness, Government and fertiliser formulation. Stuart possesses a detailed knowledge of agricultural supply chains and has an extensive network within agricultural & horticultural research, agribusiness and agricultural consulting. Stuart is a former board member and President of Crop Consultants Australia, and has been a Member of the Ag institute and CPAg since 2001.

Stuart currently works with a broad client base which includes family, corporate, and international farming businesses.

Amara Doyle - Agriculture Finance consultant

Amara Doyle

B.F.A, C.A,

Amara has 25 years’ experience in financial management. This experience spans both public practice and commerce. She has specialised in agribusiness and has worked internationally and domestically in the private and public sectors. Amara has significant experience in corporate agribusiness and was the CFO for Australian Food and Fibre for over 11 years.

Amara has a strong background in financial management and asset acquisitions, leading and integrating management teams.

Amara’s rural background coupled with broad ranging experience enables her to provide comprehensive advice on a range of issues. She is a Chartered Accountant and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and has board experience as a non-executive director and chair of audit and risk committees.
